Classes are £8 per class. You can pay on the day using cash or card.

Five class passes are also available for £35. You can use these for any classes, & there is no expiry date.

Booking is essential as class sizes are currently limited to six people per class.

There is a large free car park next to the Community Centre, and there are toilets on-site.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any cushions/blankets you may like for Savasana. Straps and blocks will be provided.

For your first class, please arrive ten minutes before the start of class to give you time to fill in a Health Questionnaire.

If you have a medical condition/injury, please let me know before the start of class. If you experience any changes to your health, please let me know so I can update your records. This allows me to help you practice in the safest & most beneficial way possible.
